Make A Ribbon Skirt

For a meaningful cultural experience, book a Ribbon Skirt Workshop with Jasmyn from Nôhkum okiskinohamowina. She creates a welcoming space for everyone, sharing teachings from her grandmother. I had little to no sewing experience, and even I could make a beautiful ribbon skirt of my own! Each session begins with a Smudge, setting a positive tone for the class while learning about the teachings behind it. Jasmyn also offers workshops on moccasins, moss bags, ribbon shirts, beaded earrings, lanyards, and more. Keep an eye on our website for upcoming classes, or follow to learn more!
