Restaurant Kashmere is run by the Rai family — Harry, Sheena, and their son Inesh — who proudly serve authentic dishes rooted in the culinary culture of their ancestral home in India’s Kashmir region. Think classic South Asian favourites like Tandoori Chicken, Dal Makhni, and Lamb Vindaloo.
Everything here is done from scratch, right down to the hand-ground spice mixtures used in their various curry dishes. Their slow, intentional approach to food means that each and every dish is individually crafted by their chefs and takes some time to be finished — but trust us, the food is worth the wait.
