A unique farm-to-table culinary concept from Chef Scott Dicks, Odla strives to create connection between diners and the food they eat. Their menu offers an array of delicious dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with intention. Their philosophy is that your food shouldn’t travel farther than you do, and much of their meat, produce, and honey comes from Farm One Forty, a holistically managed farm just north of Saskatoon.
