Back in 2011, Dale MacKay won Top Chef Canada and solidified the reputation of his restaurants for years to come. His newest spot in downtown Saskatoon, F&B, is modern and upbeat, while remaining personable with the hospitality Saskatoon restaurants are known for. The menu changes often to highlight the diverse availability of local products, while the cocktail list is exceptional.
F&B’s offerings run the gamut from traditional to truly inventive, with dishes like Bone Marrow Curry and Braised Beef Scrumpet that showcase the flavours of the prairies and are sure to leave a lasting impression. Make sure you leave room for dessert — their Baked “Saskatchewan” or Saskatoon Seabuckthorn Sorbet are positively to die for!
