University of Saskatchewan Sculpture Garden
Head to the northwest corner of the University of Saskatchewan campus, just beside the Diefenbaker Centre, where you’ll find this campus hidden gem. Founded in 1993, the University of Saskatchewan Sculpture Garden is a stunning open-air art collection overlooking the river and nearby Meewasin trail.
The sculptures here represent the works of a variety of artists, both local and international. Pieces vary widely in form and material, though many are crafted from limestone, making them a natural fit on a campus where many of the buildings are constructed with the same material. The garden is free and open to everyone, not just students and faculty. Why not take a stroll in the abundant Saskatoon sunshine and see which pieces speak to you?
