Global Roots Canada Connects Mural

Head to KW Nasser Plaza in River Landing to check out this larger-than-life mural mosaic. Unveiled in 2023, Saskatoon’s Global Roots Canada Connects Mural is part of Mural Mosaic’s Global Roots Project, a groundbreaking initiative on a mission to bring communities from across the globe together — one painted tile, one tree, one country at a time.

The intricate mosaic is made up of individual tiles painted by people from across Canada, including professional painters, folk artists, hobbyists, and even first-timers! Through its vibrant use of colour and striking detail, this Mural Mosaic is a celebration of diversity in all its forms.
