The 2 sustainability-oriented actions that we're proud to have incorporated in our workplace are:
1. Eco-friendly insulation on part of the property.
2. Use a wood boiler for heat.
Additional Comments: We are a start up with our goal to be a self-sustainable and eco-friendly enterprise.

The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 12 months are:
1. Install a green roof.
2. Establish wind and/or solar energy as our primary source of power.
3. Use eco-friendly insulation throughout remainder of the property.

The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 2-4 years are:
1. Move toward a zero-waste policy.
2. Educate others about eco-friendly retrofitting based on our experiences.
3. Educate others about wind and solar energy based on our experiences.
