Meditation Sound Bath & Sauna

This 3-hour Inner Journey in the Outdoors Retreat offers you the opportunity to release, unwind and relax during a meditation and sound bath practice following by unwinding in the wood-burning barrel sauna.

This Meditation Sound Bath practice allows you to turn on your body and quiet your mind so that you can sink deeper into surrendering, receiving, and slowing down.

Following the Meditation Sound Bath Session you’ll have the opportunity to release even further in the wood-burning barrel sauna, journal about your experience and engage in an oracle card reading.

This is a community gathering that is open to those who are seeking transformational change and healing in a safe space.
