The 3 sustainability-oriented actions that we're proud to have incorporated in our workplace are:
1. No salt and reduce plastic by using sand for sidewalks and roadways instead of bags or packages of salt
2. Conscious of energy usage and materials including energy efficient lighting and drape and tarps instead of wood
3. Reduce paper use – reuse on site signage, digital volunteer/staff packages and park waiver forms we combined into 20 families per sheet instead of one per sheet

The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 12 months are:
1. Start composting, educational recycling stations and plastic bottle free event
2. Paperless: Online only, Email invites and thank you letters and Community announcements
3. Use of recycled materials for activities such as straw bale mazes and interactive ice games

The three actions that we intend to introduce in the next 2-4 years are:
1. Construction of park made out of recycled materials
2. Have all items recyclable
3. Encouraging public transit, biking and carpooling to event
