Join us for this year's Full Week of Nutrien Kôna Winter Festival with many community facilitators, artists, and presenters!

Celebrate Indigenous Culture and spend this break week exploring the full site, and learning traditional teachings.

Each Day:

9:30 a.m. – site gate open & select activities
10:00 a.m. – opening smudge and sharing circle
scheduled activities will be both indoors and outdoors all day:
hide teachings
drop-in beading circle in Awasis Classroom
drop-in activity tables
dancer presentations and teachings
Storytelling
Traditional meat smoking demo in tipi village
snowshoes and kicksleds available
traditional games indoors and outdoors
scavenger hunts for inside and through the valley
special guest indigenous artists and facilitators
