Peaceful Mat and Chair Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

We’ll begin our evening with guided breathing to feel more present in the moment, followed by a sequence of gentle yoga stretches where you will be provided with options to do what feels best for your body. We'll close our practice with a guided meditation complimented with crystal singing bowls during a sound bath. You’ll continue your experience as you travel home with a takeaway delicious and nutritious Ayurvedic dessert.
