When Nick and Rachel, partners in life and true-blue horror fanatics, purchase a rundown duplex with the intention of filming an indie horror feature they can’t believe their luck. This dump is practically movie set ready, covered in occult graffiti and strewn with creepy and certainly cursed artifacts. It’s also perfect for Rachel and her best friend Christian to conduct a seance in the attic, something they’ve done numerous times which Nick has filmed, looking for any proof of ‘the other side’. Soon the couple notice that various strangers seem to find themselves outside the house, in growing numbers, silently staring at the house itself. This can’t be good right?!

This familiar found-footage set up transforms into something truly unique. Utilizing footage from decades of Nick and Rachel’s real life, you can never be sure what is purely self-voyeuristic obsession or calculated spook show. Nick and Rachel really make horror films, they really bought that house in their small-town in Missouri, and what you’ll see is truly frightening.
