“Harmony Within” – Breathwork Sauna

Discover a sanctuary of inner peace and rejuvenation in our Breathwork Sauna experience.

This 3-hour Inner Journey in the Outdoors offers you the opportunity to release, unwind and relax during a breathwork meditation practice in either the sauna, heated bell tent or outdoors, guided by an experienced practitioner.

This Breathwork Meditation practice allows you to sink into your body and quiet your mind so that you can relax deeper into surrendering, receiving, and slowing down.

Following the Breathwork Meditation Practice you’ll have the opportunity to release even further in the wood-burning barrel sauna, journal about your experience and engage in an oracle card reading.

This is a community gathering that is open to those who are seeking transformational change and healing in a safe space.
