Seven Spooky Ways to Celebrate Halloween in Saskatoon
It is October, which means it is SPOOOKY season! I for one am a scaredy cat and don't do well in anything scary... like at all. But I know there are lots of people who love it, so I thought I would share some of the scarrrryy events and activities to do this Halloween season!
Nightmare Express on the Wheatland Express Train
All Aboard for a haunted moving experience on the Wheatland Express this Halloween! Come on down to Little Big Town… if you dare! This is not your average train ride. Once aboard, guests will solve a multitude of puzzles and activities and dare to experience the 13th dream of Percy during the 3-hour interactive experience between Wakaw and Cudworth. There will be snacks and drinks for purchase on board and transportation from Saskatoon can be provided. Learn more about the event here! This is a 19+ event and is running Oct. 26th, Nov.1 & 2nd.
Spooky Stroll at the WDM
Take a Spooky Stroll through Boo Town at the WDM and search for nine hidden Halloween flags. Visitors will receive a Halloween-themed colouring sheet and a piece of candy as they leave. Suitable for children ages five – 12.
On Thursday, October 31 from 4:00-7:00 pm trick-or-treat in Boomtown! Select buildings on the street will be giving out treats to little ghosts and goblins. This is fun for the whole family! Check out their other Halloween events here!
